How long does it take to build and ship my custom PC?
Standard custom builds are typically assembled, tested, and shipped within 5 to 10 business days. Ready-to-ship systems ordered before 2 PM are usually dispatched the same day.
What kind of testing process do the systems undergo?
Every AFTERSHOCK PC undergoes a rigorous 48-hour stress test and benchmarking process to ensure thermal stability and hardware performance before it leaves our facility.
Do you offer a warranty on custom-built computers?
Yes, all our systems come with a standard 2-year parts and labor warranty. We also offer premium on-site pickup services for hardware repairs within the warranty period.
Can I upgrade my components in the future without voiding the warranty?
We support the enthusiast community; you can upgrade your own components. However, the warranty will not cover any damage caused during the installation of third-party parts or the parts themselves.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and various interest-free installment plans including Atome and GrabPay.
How is my PC protected during shipping?
We use specialized high-density internal foam packaging that molds to your components, preventing movement during transit, and double-walled outer boxes for maximum protection.
